Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored demonstrations and proposals that highlight the technical value of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise technologies and strong communication skills to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof of concept (PoC) sessions.
- Customize solutions based on customer needs and technical environments.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Stay updated with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
- Support client meetings, webinars, and pre-sales workshops.
- Address technical objections and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical client-facing role.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and integration tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
- Experience working closely with sales and product teams in a hybrid or customer-facing environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or relevant technologies.
- Experience in drafting technical architecture and deployment plans.
